Japan: Build Your Itinerary

Here's how it works:

1. Build your itinerary. Tap anything you want us to book across the four cities. When you select an item, a panel opens where you set a preferred date, time, who's going, any notes for that specific booking, whether you want a car for it, and whether it's a must-have so we know where to push hardest. Tick the car box on as many activities as you like and we'll quote the whole set of transfers together. "View ↗" opens the tour or venue page for any item, or its Google Maps listing. Each city also has Car Services for airport pickups, private drivers and transfers, and a gold button at the end of every city for anything that isn't on the list. Trains are easy to handle on your own in Japan; cars, we handle.

2. Review it. Your picks collect in the tray at the bottom. Hit "Review & send" and the review screen assembles everything into a dated itinerary. One button emails it to your account executive.

3. Confirm and add payment. You'll receive an email confirmation with a secure link to add your credit card so we can book everything on your behalf.

4. We book, you receive everything. Once it's all booked, you'll get receipts and an updated Travefy document with every reservation and your full itinerary. Your account executive works with you directly from there.

Prices are in yen, which is what you'll actually be charged, with dollars alongside at ¥162 to $1, the rate in July 2026. The yen is at a 40-year low, so Japan costs less right now than it has in decades.
